Heather M. Morado, Of Counsel 

Heather brings a unique perspective and passion to her intellectual property and entertainment practice, having formerly played violin professionally with the Tacoma Symphony Orchestra. At the time, Heather was that orchestra's youngest member. Prior to law school, Heather was the recipient of a full tuition scholarship to the University of Puget Sound, awarded solely on the basis of musical and academic merit.

Heather is a cum laude graduate of Seattle University School of Law, and has worked in the legal departments of Experience Music Project and KCTS Channel 9. Heather's music industry clients include recording artists, record labels, personal managers, and music publishing companies. In the film industry, she works with writers, producers, directors and production companies; she also serves on the board of directors of Women in Film / Seattle.

Heather is a member of the Pacific Northwest Chapter of the Recording Academy, the American Bar Association Intellectual Property and Entertainment and Sports Law sections, the King County and Washington State Bar Associations, the Latino(a) Bar Association of Washington and the Hispanic National Bar Association. In her spare time, Heather teaches a small studio of violin and piano students.
