Mark V. Jordan, Founder and Principal
As founder of Invicta Law Group in April 1999, Mark Jordan is a top-tier intellectual property attorney with broad expertise in forming partnerships, corporations and LLCs and trademark, copyright and franchise law. But that résumé hardly captures his connection to the creative, entrepreneurial community that comprises the core of Invicta’s clientele.
“Over the years, I got tired of seeing folks taken advantage of or improperly counseled in legal transactions,” Mark says. “They have such talented minds and creative assets, but they need legal structures to protect their intellectual property and businesses. That became our mission at Invicta.”

Throughout his career, Mark has combined humanistic sensitivity with shrewd business savvy, as a litigator and often a mediator in numerous commercial cases and as a provider of pro bono services to several non-profits. But he’s never lost sight of the bottom-line benefits he pledged to bring to Invicta’s clientele.
“I tell clients, I’ll spend your money as if it were mine,” he explains. “Cash flow is crucial to smaller businesses, and we’ve always been upfront about our charges and willing to negotiate flat fees whenever we can. Our clients deserve that.”
